Yascha Mounk is a political scientist at SAIS who is also a really interesting Substacker. I was struck by his writing about Trump’s passive-aggressive foreign policy — my term, not his — and wanted to interview him about it. This was actually recorded more than a week ago; I held it back because I was afraid that it would get buried by the flood of economic news.
